Why become a Showplace Member?
Membership creates a closer relationship with Showplace and provides added advantages for those who gather here regularly. Approved Members receive preferred pricing, an annual member credit, more flexible terms, locked calendar-year rates, access to member-only events, and other benefits designed to make future gatherings easier to plan.
Is there a fee?
No. There is no annual fee for approved Showplace Members. Event costs, services, and booking arrangements remain separate from membership.
What are the requirements to become a Member?
Membership is available to approved organizations, businesses, corporations, promoters and event producers whose events and intended use align with Showplace. Complete the application and tell us about the people you bring together and the types of experiences you create. The Showplace team will review the information and determine whether membership is the right fit.
Who should apply?
Organizations, businesses, corporations, promoters and event producers that bring larger groups together through private, public, ticketed, community, or promotional events are encouraged to apply. This can include nonprofit organizations, HOAs, civic groups, alumni groups, companies, cultural organizations, concert and entertainment promoters, nightlife promoters, and others creating meaningful reasons for people to gather.
